Ride&Drive:Reports&Surveys

We share information with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) about the amount of drives and feedback on test drives on the cars they provide for us. 

Smart Columbus tracks key performance indicators about the weather, number of drives per event and drives per vehicle. The attached chart provides a sample of how we track information from each Ride & Drive event.

Participants also take surveys to capture their demographic information and attitudes about electric vehicles before the Ride & Drive event. Examples of our surveys are available below.
